Window Channel Balancer

Question

I have a window that 32"w x 30"h. I looking to replace my balancer since the string came apart from the hook and they're several years old. I'd like to just replace them with new ones to save myself the trouble later, again.

Bottom guide is 1 1/4" length
aluminum channel is 27" length with a stamp that reads 26-4
Both guides are 1 1/4" wide to fit in the window frame
Top guide is 1 1/4 in length also.

Could you please help me find the replacement part?

Thanks for writing in! It looks like you have either the S380-27 with a 1" shoe or the S385-27 with a 1-3/32" shoe. Given that you are showing a shoe measurement of 1-1/4", it is likely you'll need the Series 385 Balance.

To confirm which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to double check the depth of your bottom shoe.

You'll need to select the 2640 stamp.
