Window Pane that needs the channel balances = 26 1/4 inches (vertical) x 45 inches (horizontal)
2 Window Panes, but only the bottom one slides up and down (measurements above are for the sliding window pane only)

Based on your photos, you have either our S351-26 or S390-26. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.
