Window Channel Replacement

Hi,

Can you recommend the proper replacement.

The steel channel is 34 inches long. The window weight is ~30 lbs.

Hello!

It looks like you have either our S351-34 or S390-34 channel balance. These two parts are very similar in design but you'll notice the Series 351 has a 1" deep bottom shoe, while the Series 390 has a 1-1/8" deep shoe. Measure as shown below to see which one matches up best. There should be a stamp on the metal channel that will tell you what option you'll need. However, if there is no such stamp, you can go with the 3350 strength option for a sash weighing 28 to 32 pounds.
