Window Channel Replacement parts

We can assist with replacements, but to confirm the correct series for your window, we will need to see a picture of the inside of the metal channel where we can view the connection point between the spring and pulley system.

Please also provide additional angles of the top and bottom attachments to confirm if they are winged out. Thank you!

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. 

You will need a 20" balance with a 1950 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
