Window Channel Slide 13"

Question

I am looking to replace a Window Channel Slide. It is 13" long and has stamped numbers 12 3 BSL NL and need help identifying the part I need.

Hi, William.

It looks like you could have either our S380-13 or S385-13 channel balance, depending on the depth of your bottom shoe. The Series 380 comes attached with a 1" deep shoe and the Series 385 comes attached with a 1-3/32" shoe. Take a look at the image below to determine which one matches what you have now. You will also need the 1230 spring strength option.
