My name is Robert, I spoke with one of the parts person yesterday, and here are the pictures of the channels I need, along with the inside window guide. I need 6 channels and 6 window guides. The foot is 1 inch from plastic to plastic.

PS? the metal part of the channel is 13 inch's in length x 1/2 inch in width. I did not include the plastic parts in the measurements. 13 inch in length is from top to bottom of metal piece only.

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the unique combination of end attachments. You are also correct that this type of balance stamped with 12-2 would normally have a 13" long metal channel, not including the end fittings. We just sent over an order link and price quote for six balances for you to review.
As for your top sash guide, we have recommended the 18-009 as a possible replacement for similar guides in the past. You'll notice that our part has a different style top, which would need to be shaved down in order to install in your sash opening. You would also need to ensure that the rest of the dimensions below match up to your part, not including the top which you will need to modify. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else.
