Window Channel balance

Let's start with what we do know: you have a 30" channel balance with a 2950 stamp option. To determine if you need an S380-30 or and S385-30, you will need to measure the bottom shoe, as shown below:

If you measure the shoe from "heel to toe" as shown in the picture above, that is the only difference between the two Series. If, as in the picture, your shoe measures 1-3/32", then you have the S385-30. If, instead, the shoe measures 1", you have the S380-30. Measure carefully before making a purchase.
