Window Channel balance

A handy person from Ponte Vedra Beach, FL says:

My channel balance is 29 inches long. The photos attached show the damaged balance so some parts may be missing. It has the number 2840 stamped on the channel balance frame. The frame is 5/8"s wide and tall. Please let me know what other infomration you need to identify the channel balances and let me know pricing and availability as well. Thank you in advance for your help.
