The channel is 27" long metal part, 26-3 is the only marking, the house was built in 2007

Thanks for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this. Can you upload photos of the top and bottom fittings for the balance? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Perfect! Based on these photos, I recommend the S395-27. You can also select the 2630 stamp option for the replacements.
