One of my window Channel balance spring is broken. I do not have the model or number on the channel bar. Can you please tell me how to order the replacement?

Is this for a Non-Tilt Window or Tilt Window? - Non Tilt
What is the Stamp on your balance? (Please send a close and clear photo.) 26-4
What is the Width of your balance? 1/2 inch
Does the Top Fitting have Tabs/Wings? (Please send a close and clear photo.) - Wings
Does the Bottom Fitting have Tabs/Wings? (Please send a close and clear photo.) - Wings
Please confirm the depth of the bottom fitting as indicated in the images below: - 1 inch

Hello,

We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the connection of the spring and pulley system, which differs from our stock balances. We just sent over an order link and price quote for two balances since it is important to replace both sides at the same time. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
