Window Channel and shoe

A home owner from Bloomington IL says:
Don't see any brand names on the window. There is 3001 imprinted on the window channel that I have included in photos. Windows were installed in the 2001 when the house was built. Having problems sliding them up and down.

Casey from SWISCO responded:

Hello,

The balance in your photos resembles our S775-30 but the stamp on your balance is a bit out of the ordinary. To determine the spring strength needed to support your window sash, you'll need to weigh the sash and measure the width of the shoe to choose the correct options based on the chart under the balance product description. Thank you!
