Thanks for writing in! I'm afraid we do not have a replacement match for the window latches you have here. The closest match appears to be either the 26-119 or the 26-234 but their dimensions are much different from yours.

We may be able to provide you with a replacement solution but I'll need to see a photo of the space where this latch lever installs along with a photo of the existing latch. Assuming it is an internal latch, you'll likely need to remove it from the top of the sash.
