Ok. So what balance coil would I need to order to accommodate this device. The coil actually snapped I see two options. I believe it was 740 and a 540

Just a follow up I don't see a stamp on the old coil and am not sure which one to purchase.

If the part of the coil with the stamp has broken off, you would need to weigh your window sash and divide the weight by the number of coils used on both sides to choose the correct strength options.
