Can your company please assist me with locating four Balance Coil Spring products for a 35-inch length window? The track on the window is 1.25 inches. I currently have pictures of the part I would like o email you. Thank you in advance for your time. Janet

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. It looks like you might have our 15-180 coil balance shoe, which uses Series 190 coil spring. You'll just have to remove your hardware from the window to confirm that this matches what you need.
