Window Coil Spring and Parts

Question

Hi. Looking to replace broken parts on an old window. Coil spring is stamped with the #540. Any help would be greatly appreciated. No other markings are visible anywhere.

For a coil stamped with #540, please review the S190-540 coil spring that can support 5 pounds of weight. This is added together with the other coils to support the whole weight of the sash. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
