Window Constant Force Parts

I need to acquire the bottom white piece and if correct there is a round piece that the upper left metal piece slides into for window rotation. Will need both. Also need part 15-185 Spring Cover Wide.

There is no issues with the Coil Balance.

Windows purchased in 2005 from Norandex/Renolds Distribution. Part number was 9013-1000-00.

We'd be happy to recommend a pivot shoe to repair your coil balance system but, unfortunately, the one in your photo is too damaged for us to identify. We'll need to see a pivot shoe removed from the other side or an identical window. If you could provide us with the width and thickness of the part as well, we should be able to point you in the right direction. Thank you!
