I am at a loss & could use some help! I am looking for a window corner that fits my screen frame. I purchased a 5/16" that is too wide. Any help / recommendations would be appreciated!
I'm thinking I should go with a 1/4" ?

Looking at your photo of the corner key, it looks like the "patch" at the corner is 1". With that in mind I think you should take a look at the 95-187 to see if this will fit your screen frame a little better.
