there is a part that attaches to each top corner of the window and apparently, they what hold the top portion of the channal balance in place. On my windows, they are all broken as you can see from the photo so there is no way for the balance to work properly. Can you provide replacements for these?

here is one of the broken parts taped together. Looks like I need at least 10 of these. Let meknow if you need anything else, otherwise I would appreciate a part number so I can get these ordered ASAP.

this looks like your part 18-180 but mine is a lot smaller. For instance the top flat piece is .75 inches whereas the 18-180 is a full 1". The distance between the screw holes on mine is only .5 inches. The only part that matches is that it is a .5 inch channel width at it's base.

sure...It is obviously pretty beat up but I think you can get the idea.

I think your top sash guide part #18-009 will work but perhaps you can provide some insite. Thank you

Thanks for getting back to us. I agree that the 18-009 looks close, though we can't be sure since the part that holds the top of the balance off is broken off. With that being said, it would be worth a try as long as the dimensions below match up to yours.
