Hello, I am needing help finding the part that secures these top window corners. I believe they are milgard windows.

Hello there!
It sounds like you need a new hinge. Start by taking a look at the 36-048. You'll want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time but you must review the specifications to see if they match what you need.
