Hello there!
We can help with this though it must be a custom order due to the "skinny" metal channel. Can you show us a photo of how this balance installs at the top of the window track? Can you also confirm the number of balances you're looking to order?
My customer needs 22 sets (enough counterbalances and shoes for 11 windows).

Yes, thank you for waiting while we confirmed the availability for them. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link for (44) balances with the 15-230 T-lock shoe attached, screw tab, and 34B stamp. You can use this to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 week lead time as well.
If you need additional 15-230 shoes, don't forget to add your needed quantity to your cart. If you order them with the balances, you'll have to wait 5-6 weeks as well.
If you didn't want to wait that long for the additional shoes, you can place a separate order for them on our website.
