Thanks for reaching out to us. Going off the drawing in your last photo, it looks like the 39-194 with the 3/8" non-threaded hole at the end of the link arm. Review the specifications for this part and see if it matches your repair needs.

The only difference is the link arm as mine measurees 2-5/8 ctr to ctr and this on is 2-3/8 / I'm told the 3/16 difference will not allow the window to operater correclty - - Thoughts ?

There is some play in the linkage that should take up the difference in the arm. Or you could swap out the arms and rivet the old arm onto the new operator. However, you will need to check with a hardware store in your area to get some type of rivet to install the arm.
