Good morning!

We are renovating an old church and they have Garadco parts. What do I need to do to replace this, or what items do I need?

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need you to open one of the windows and show us the entire operator assembly, including the arms that move the sash, to compare to our inventory. Please also confirm if these windows use the same hardware. Thank you.

Color would be black on the cranks, cover plate base width is 5" wide with a height of 1-1/4".

The overall crank length is 3-3/4" from base to tip of handle.

I'm sorry to hear that you were having trouble uploading your photos. Now that we have them, take a look and compare the dimensions of the EntryGard and Caradco operators that we've related for you to the assembly in your photos. The key difference between the two is the length of the shorter link arm. Note that both operator pairs are compatible with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit.
