Window Crank

A home owner from Sicklerville NJ says:

My "Wright" window crank mechanism's gears appear to be stripped, causing it to default. Also, the plastic locking piece is broken and I need a replacement part. Since I'm in Sicklerville NJ. is it possible to pick up the replacement parts at your site rather than shipping it? Please advise.

Thanks

John

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hi John, for your operator, take a look at our 38-387 and 39-388. For your locking handle, see our 38-090. Compare all the listed dimensions for these products with your old hardware to confirm whether or not they match. Let us know.

A home owner from Sicklerville NJ says:
I removed the operator from the window , and it appears the dimensions vary from your recommended parts. See my attached photos show a scale next to my part. Please advise.
Also, it appears that the "Wright part number is 7707 but one of the numbers is partial because of the mounting hole.
Thanks in advance;
John

It is difficult for us to tell from your pictures what the exact measurements are.

If you could tell us how your dimensions differ from what we recommended, we can adjust replacement focus.
