There's a good chance that you need a new operator, depending on what the exact problem is. Can you go into more detail? What you say it's not working, what exactly is happening?

Id like a clear photo of the complete operator mechanism, too, just in case. Your photo here only shows the base, which is a style used by about a dozen different models. Seeing the entire mechanism will let me narrow down the list of possibilities by a large amount.

Thanks, Rima. It sounds like the gears are stripped. This can't be repaired, unfortunately, so you will need an all new operator.

In order to help with that, I will need to see a photo of the entire mechanism as described above. Please let me know if you can get that for me.
