Thanks for contacting us, Mike. We don't have an exact match for this operator but I have a couple you could consider. Start with our 39-016, 39-017, 39-057, and 39-058.

One thing I'm not sure about is if your link arm has a threaded hole at the end like the 39-016 or if it has a plain 3/8" like some of the others. That's an important detail to consider when looking over our products.

It does have a threaded hole at the end an looked like it's 3/8". The arm is starlight like 39-016. Unlike the bend in 39-057. I will check the measurements but looks like 39-016 will be the one. Thanks Mike
