The crank that is currently used to open the window seems to be stripped and useless. I am looking for a replacement.

See our 39-187 and 39-188. I believe these might be the operators you need, but compare all the dimensions as well as the 'shape' of the link arm to ensure that they match. For a new handle, see our 39-114L. For a new hinge set, see our 36-048.
