Window Crank

A home owner from Center Valley, PA says:
Window Crank on my jalousie window will open window but not close. Window Crank has no identification on it and was connected to window hardware by a river connection. Had to drill out rivet to remove window Crank so I will need hardware to replace rivet. Thank you for your assistance.

Thanks for reaching out to us. The bad news is that we weren't able to find an operator exactly like yours. However, we do sell the 39-411. This has a similar link arm to yours, and it looks like it could possibly work, but the biggest difference is that it has two installation holes on the top tab instead of just one. Do you think you could get this to work anyway? Look over the pictures and dimensions we have on its store page and let me know what you think.
