Hello, I am looking for this window crank handle replacement, I see a "3" on the inside of the handle, but I'm not sure how that translates to part number on your website? We would like to order 20 of them for our hotel property.
Please let me know

I'm afraid that number is not particularly helpful. See our 39-205 Folding Handle. This fits on a spline with a 11/32" diameter. If that dimension matches the spline on your old operator, this replacement handle should work for you.
