The crank needs to be replaced. It would be very appreciated if it can be identified so that a replacement can be purchased. Thank you.

This looks like an old-style Pella casement window operator. See our 39-175, which I believe is just the part you needed. We also sell the 39-176 for the opposite side. Thanks for posting!
