Window Crank

A home owner from Spring Hill Florida says:
Hi,
The crank on my window shutter is broken. In the pictures attached, the part that I use to the close the window (crank) is separated from the body and won't latch on. The crank was able to open the window further but not close it. I had to put bricks on my blinds to keep them closed

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the dimensions listed on the 39-277 and 39-278 product pages to your box-style awning operator. If you notice any discrepancies, please write out your exact dimensions and we can go from there. Thank you!
