I recently purchased a house and have been taking care of little things that are wrong with it now that I have moved in. I recently discovered that the crank for my window only functions in one direction (the crank will open the window but not close it). When you attempt to turn it in the other direction it simply spins freely and will not engage the gears.
I have seen several similar replacement parts on your website but have been unable to narrow down to my specific part. Any help in identifying which part I should purchase would be appreciated.
