It sounds like you may be looking for a replacement handle for your old-style operator. We'd be happy to help but we would need you to remove the handle from the base and write out the exact diameter of the spline that the handle attaches to. That will help us determine if any of our handles could work for your application. Thank you. 

Thank you for clarifying. It sounds like the gears are stripped, whcih would result in not being able to close the window properly. If that is the case, the entire operator would need to be replaced and we'll need to see your assembly with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. 

Thanks for getting back to us. Unforutnately, I can't quite make out the end fitting that attaches your operator arm to the sash with it still inside the track. If you could detach the arm from the track and show us a top-down photo rather than from underneath the window, that may help us narrow down your options.
