Hey! I would love to help my parents with getting a replacement window crank ?? they currently have to go outside to shut the window haha! This window swings open to the left. I am located in Alberta, Canada. Thank you so much!!! Katie

This is perfect! I recommend either the 39-032 or 39-156 depending on the length of the link arm. Review the specifications below and see how they compare with yours.

The top picture. 4 7/16 short arm 10 3/4 long arm. Does it look correct?

I'm afraid the size of the link arm isn't something I can eyeball from photos but it sounds like the specifications match up. You should be good to go if they do.

Looking at your first batch of photos, you'd indeed want to order the 39-032 since the gears are on the right side of the operator base.
