Thanks for reaching out! You crank handle and cover remind me of our 39-375. The opposite handed version is part 39-376. To confirm that this is the right fit, carefully review and compare the dimensions and design. It can fit a spline measuring 11/32".

Width measurement

If you are looking to replace the crank operator, I'll need to see a photo of the entire operator. Especially the end of the arm that connects to the bottom of the swinging window.
