Thanks for reaching out to us! The window crank you have reminds me of the 39-094 and 39-095 Andersen Straight Arm Operators. Look over the dimensions below and compare them to see if you agree.

These are sold with the compatible track and a stone colored cover. If you need the white cover, you'll need to purchase the 39-154 separately. The handle you'll need is the 39-286 Casement Window Handle.
