The handle is approximately 4 inches long. We can no longer twist it so that it sits in the cradle properly. The screw does not work properly.
Do you have replacement screws, as the handle itself seems to be in good condition?

Thank you for reaching out to us. This looks like the 39-375 folding handle with cover, which is available in brushed nickel. I'm afraid we don't sell the screw separately, though. Take a look at the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.

Yesterday I ordered from Swisscom this exact product in brushed nickel.
I do hope it works, as I live in a development in which the builder used this crank and many of us are always having problems with them and can't seem to find a replacement.
