Thanks for posting! The number from your operator is most often associated with the 39-099 Andersen Awning Operator (1999 to Present) or the 39-343 Andersen Awning Operator (1995 to 1998). Yours is missing the attachment from the arm but I do believe one of these should be what you need for the repair.
