Hello,

I need to replace the crank arm on my window. There is a part number 0P052020 on the bottom of the crank arm. Can you help me identify the correct part I need.

Hello,

Your operator resembles the 39-341. Take a look and compare the dimensions below to your assembly. If you need new hinges as well, look over the 36-048 set with a 10" base. Thanks for posting!

Amazing, thank you so much for the quick response. Do you also have any suggested for a jammed crank window?

That depends on what is causing the window to jam. The gears of the operator or the spline can become stripped, or the hinges could need to be replaced or adjusted. That is just a few things that it could be. If you're having trouble determining the root of the problem, it may be a good idea to have a professional come out to troubleshoot the issue.
