Thanks for writing in! I am confident that we can supply you with the replacement operator you need but I'll need to see a clearer photo of the entire operator. I'll especially need to see the ends of the arms connected to the bottom of the swinging sash to see the attachments on the ends of the arms and how they interact with the bottom of the sash.
