Window Crank Assembly

Home Owner from MI
I have several windows with non functioning window cranks. I believe they are Eagle windows. I have attached a photo of one of them. I watched your video regarding replacement. What i need is either replacement gear or complete assembly.

Before I can make any recommendations to you, I would need to see some photos of the part removed from the window.

Hi Manuela, The only other part involved is the window crank. The turn gear goes into the hole in the middle of the assembly. Or perhaps i am not understanding the question.

The assembly consists of a gear box (shown), a spindle (shown), a handle that attaches to the spindle (not shown, but we don't need to see it), and one or more arms that attach to the gears (not shown; this is what we need to see).

We need to see the gear box and the arms in the same photo. You also have a hinge mechanism that sits beneath the arms, which is separate from the operator. You only need photos of the arms that attach to the gears.

These photos sure are very helpful. Thank you for that. See if our 39-031 and 39-032 operator would make good replacements. I suggest you compare your dimensions to ours just to make sure these are a fit.
