Window Crank Handle Required

A landlord from MA says:

WINDOW CRANK HANDLE, 30614 30893

I would like to know if you have the hardware for the above casement window. It says 1986 also under the above numbers. Are there any other identifing numbers I'm also looking for the 2 levers that secure the window tightly closed. Also I have a seal failure can I replace this window or can a glass place replace the glass. Thank you for your assistance. Bryan

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid I was unable to match that number up to any particular part. We will need to see pictures of your existing hardware. From there, we will try and narrow down what we can. Many thanks.

Thanks! We don't have this exact lock but our 38-036 is a close contender. Look it over and let me know what you think.

A landlord from MA says:
Hi Bob I found a number on the locking handle 30270, however, the 38-036 looks like the one. Also does it come with the plastic shim & screws. Thanks Bryan

Paul from SWISCO responded:

No, I am afraid it does not. Our 38-036S shim, along with the 33-072 screw will work with the 38-036 lock.
