It looks like you have our 39-221B operator which uses our 39-451 cover and handle.

Is this color available?

Another question: if the crank handle is situated to the left-- its then a left handed handle?
If the crank is to the right side of the operator---it is then Right handed?

We all have different definitions on what is left and what is right so we can't give a definitive answer. Even manufacturers have their own definition of what is left and right as well. You'll have to go off the physical details of your operator and match them up accordingly.
