Window Crank Handles

I recently moved into a house with manufacturer stickers like the one attached on them. I think they are "SNE Enterprises", which later became Peachtree, but not sure. The handles have a plastic insert that goes onto the spline and is secured with a small slotted set screw. The plastic inserts have broken on several handles. Looking for replacements. Will likely need at least 4. The second picture is one of the broken cranks. The word "Truth" is cast on the underside. Thanks!...
