Window Crank Help

A home owner from Monte Sereno, California says:

Hello! I have a bunch of rusty crank operators I am hoping to replace on Pozzi windows. Please see photos attached. May I have some guidance on the correct part numbers? Thank you! -Allison.

P.s., I have ordered parts from you before and been super pleased! You really solve a problem for those of us with discontinued windows.

Hello,

Thank you for the kind words. Hopefully, we can continue to provide the parts needed for any future repairs. In this case, you can start by comparing the dimensions of the 39-031 and 39-032 Entrygard operators to yours, paying close attention to the shorter link arm. You'll notice that if you remove the cover, the gears are either on the left or right side of the handle, which is how you'll choose the correct-handed operator for each window. Thank you!

A home owner from Monte Sereno, California says:
Thank you! Do you by chance also offer the other parts that attach to the sash? I think one is the entry guard operator and the other is some sort of hinge. Thanks! -Allison

We should be able to provide the track and bracket as well. Take a look and compare the 39-505 and 39-516 to the parts indicated in your photo.
