Window Crank Help

Hi, I am a contractor attempting to repair and replace several Pella window cranks in a customer's house. These cranks are currently not functioning to open or close the window. Can you help to direct me to the correct part?

Hello,

The Pella operator shown in your photos resembles the 39-096. We also offer the 39-097 opposite-handed version. The cover for these operators is no longer available but we still carry the 39-109B handle. Thanks for posting!
