If it's just the handle, 39-114L should work. However if you need a whole new operator, could you provide a picture of the entire operator removed from the window, including the arm? This will help us identify what you need.

If there is no operator, then we will not be able to identify a replacement for it. It is essential to see the complete mechanism. There are just too many possibilities to reliably narrow them down. Is there another window in the house that uses the same hardware? If so, we can use that as a reference.
