Window Crank Replacement, 5/16 spline hexagon

Hi-
I am getting ready to order your 5/16 spline window crank (Product Code 39-274) but wanted to make sure it will fit a hexagon shaped receiver. I have ordered cranks before but they didn't work because they come with a round end. See picture for shape.

Hey, Leslee.

Our 39-274 handle is used for our 39-020 and 39-021 operators. To be certain, can you show us a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that operate the sash are fully visible? From there, we should be able to determine what replacement handle you need.
