Window Crank Replacement

This home was built in 2003 with Milgard windows. I believe the cranks are Truth Maxim casement cranks. They are for a 16" X 5' casement window, I believe I need a "reverse diad" version, both a LH and a RH. Can you tell me the correct part numbers for this application? In addition, the little metal tabs that align the windows on the side are rusted...is there a replacement part available for these?

Take a look at our 39-220 and 39-221, compare the dimensions to what you currently have, and see if these operators will work for you.
