Window Crank Replacement

Hi there, I need help identifying my Window cranks. Unfortunately, they very poorly open our windows and they do not close without the aid of some twine that we pull on...

The photo is from the right window. The cranks do differentiate between left and right.

My landlord doesn't think this is a priority, so taking it into my own hands.
