Window Crank Replacement

Home Owner from Beaver Falls Pennsylvania
I am looking for replacement cranks. My house was built in the mid 50s. They are stripped and won't close all the way.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a 1:1 match for this operator. Can you remove the operator's arm from the track and show us the bearing? I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but that should help us confirm.

Hello. Here's another pic of the crank. If you don't have an exact match is there something else that would work?

Thanks for the additional photos. In the past, we've recommended the 39-021 Wood Window Crank to replace this operator. It does have a 9" arm, so the window may not open as far but there is a good chance it could work as a replacement. You'll also need to replace the operator track with the 39-520.

Another option we've recommended is the 39-366 9-1/2" Single Arm Operator, which is used with the 39-504 Channel Guide. The compatible handle is the 39-114L Crank Handle.

You'll find the opposite handed versions of each of these operators tagged below. Be sure to review and compare each of their dimensions on the website to determine which of these might be the best option for your window.

Awesome. The 9" cranks should work just fine. I'm going to place an order for 2 left and 3 right plus the tracks. Thanks!
